We allow 2 pets per apartment. Cats and Dogs under 35 pounds are welcome. An increase of $300 to the security deposit for each pet is required. Monthly pet rent of $25 per cat or $35 per dog is required. If more than one pet, their combined weight must be less than 40 lbs.
